May 2021: Notesbrowser 2.1 is released!

New in Notesbrowser 2.1:

• All dialogs have been revised and adapted for larger resolutions
• The settings have been completely reworked
• some menus have been merged or simplified
• New setup! The provider of our previous, technically outdated setup is no longer available, so we switched to a new provider. Among other things, it has the advantage that 32bit and 64bit versions are now installed in the correct standard program folder of Windows. If necessary, this must be taken into account when updating (described here)!
• Simplification: The language folder ("Language") is no longer part of the release. Please add translations via our translation page. If you have this folder in your Notesbrowser path, you can delete it.
• the start dialog (at first start) can be canceled (with the "close" icon or the ESC key)
• more small improvements and bug fixes
• New Skin Saphir (previously was only available on CD):

 

Bugs removed:

• the setup had not copied the tutorial when Notesbrowser was installed in the default Windows programs path
• some small bugs were fixed
