New Notesbrowser Versions

The Notesbrowser Team is proud to release the following versions:

• New: Notesbrowser 2.1 (see seperate news)
• MP3 Timer 2.9
• DoNext 1.3

The Updates of Notesbrowser and Notesbrowser Lite are nearly completed and will be released in a few days.

 

New in MP3 Timer 2.9

• Now saves settings to the default Windows folder
• but can still save to the portable path (with option -p)
• opens minimized (with option -m)
• now saves to the file MP3-Timer.ini 
• many small optimizations and bug fixes

New in DoNext 1.3

• Now saves settings to the default Windows folder
• but can still save to the portable path (with option -p)
• opens minimized (with option -m)
• now saves to the file DoNext.xml
• many small optimizations and bug fixes

Why the changes to the folders?

• Both, DoNext and MP3 Timer are Notesbrowser plugins
• Notesbrowser 2 installs in the default Windows paths but can be used in portable mode
• To reflect these changes, it was necessary to adapt the plugins
• The default behaviour of the plugins now is to save settings and data in the same path as Notesbrowser
• Used standalone, DoNext and MP3 Timer save in the default Windows path
