All Notesbrowser versions will be installed with one setup file. On the
first start you can choose between the Freeware version and
Shareware version. The Professional Edition can be activated anytime
with a unique registration number.

Installation:

1.)  click with the right mouse button on a download image
2.)  choose “Save target as...” and download the file
3.)  localize the file on your hard disk and launch it
4.)  follow the on-screen setup instructions

For Update: Do not(!) uninstall the previous version and close
Notesbrowser if it is running before you start the setup!


Notesbrowser without setup:

If you are a experienced computer user, you can download
the zip archive with Notesbrowser (without setup) here:

1.) Unzip the archive where you want Notesbrowser to run
2.) Make your own shortcuts to the file "nb.exe"
3.) We recomend to make also a shortcut in your Autostart folder
    with the additional parameter -m, for example:
    C:\Program Files\Notesbrowser\nb.exe -m
    This starts Notesbrowser minimized on system start
    and shows only a small systray icon and you will be
    reminded to all your dates.

OUR WARRANTY

If you have decided after the installation to use
the Freeware version, we grant you:

- The free version of Notesbrowser is a full version. It's not a demo.
- The Freeware version will not expire and will not display nag-screens.
- There are no restricted or disabled features
- all are fully functional, just as described
- There is no advertising in Notesbrowser

Generally we grant you:

- Neither does Notesbrowser incorporate any Spyware
- It will not send any files anywhere or make any connections to the Internet
- No files will be copied to any folders except to the install folder itself
- Your computer will not be trashed
- No DLL's or INI files will be copied to the Windows or System folder
- Notesbrowser is subjected to tests of major anti virus tests before its release
